In times when Steve Rogers could no longer continue his duty as Captain America, other men such as Bucky Barnes or Sam Wilson took over the iconic role. So why not Guile too?

When Guile wears the colors of a symbolic American hero, he would surely have his own style that would suit him. It would be a red, white and blue uniform that would honor the legacy of Captain America and still allow Guile to be himself with his own signature fighting moves and hair.

And Guile doesn't need any super soldier serum. He's already a super street fighter soldier. When he throws the shield it creates a sonic boom!
