The second in my line of Star Wars mobile suits, I present to you the Stormtrooper. Since stormtroopers and zakus are the grunts of their respective universes, it only seems fitting to make the zaku into a stormtrooper. First, I cut off the zaku's shoulder spikes and puttied the holes with milliput. After that, I built the kit and painted it. All the white is Polly Scale reefer white and the black is Polly Scale engine black. The eye was a sticker that came with the kit. As for the weapons, I did some slight modifying on the gun(I cut off the hand guard and sight)and I took an unused beam saber from the Sinanju kit to give the zaku that Star Wars feel. The gun, bazooka, beam saber hilt, and backpack are all painted with Model Masters gunmetal and all metallic copper parts were done with bronze sharpie. The shield was painted with engine black, then given several coats of Polly Scale orange. The 501 (for the 501st legion of stormtroopers) was done with a white paint marker and I put a marking sticker from the kit below it. I panel lined the kit with a pencil. Hope you enjoy!!
