The head is made entirely out of sculpey. The body is a TMNT Baxter Stockman figure with sculpey, and the legs are from a Darkwing Duck Gosalyn figure. The communicator he’s holding is from an Austin Powers Felicity Shagwell figure (since I thought it looked like one he used on the show). He fits in well with the Kellogs Rescue Rangers figures.
