Simple mod of the red hood gang figure from the Capullo series. I wanted him to match the "formal" costume from the Zero Year scene at the infamous ACE chemical plant.
Cape from DCUC Sandman, dremelled off tie and sculpted a tux shirt. Sculpted a bowtie and flower boutineer. Repainted cape and helmet; tried to make it a darker, shinier red with gloss.

Looks great, and he stands out from the "grunts" better this way. I wish I could afford a few of those figures, and would love to try this mod myself.
