I have been watching a lot of the FLASH tv show. I remember when the first one came out in the 90's but...this one is better, special effects just weren't there yet. Save for the Firestorm character having virtually no costume. It got me to thinking...

Firestorm is an easily recognizable character with his unique symbol, flaming head and poofy sleeves but just a smidgen to recognizable. So, we tossed the poofy sleeves and made him look a bit more serious. We kept Ronni Raymond's head and color scheme. Added lots of line work to him, a coat of orange to the face showing his head is burning up and there you have it !

Oh, and the symbol...we did take some artistic freedom but I personally think its cool, but still obviously Firestorm.

We were originally going to have a raised symbol but it wasn't working, tried sculpt, rubber even puffy paint. However, realmers, if you want to put sculpted lined on your figures but hate sculpt...use puffy paint white. It is controllable,sticks immediately and you cant just paint whatever color on it you want
