I had a scrapper Sandman in my bins for quite awhile that had very loose hip joints and no head. I finally got a cast of an Ares head and used it but the hip problem still remained. I tried my best to resolve the hip problem to no avail but still went thru in making him.

Sandy was sprayed with a gritty coat of Rustoleum that gave him a sandy feel. I then added a few other coats of paint to add some detail to him and Sandman was done.
