Hey Non-Believers! Here's the story so far....
Parker Peterson comes from a large, very wealty family with two loving parents.He has everything money could ever buy and wanted for nothing,except of course happiness.He has grown into a bitter young man with a cruel heart.Very much a loner;he spends most of his time setting up "accidents" without getting caught.The kid is just plain bad.
One night as fate would have it, while Parker was rolling huge rocks onto the road for cars to hit he saw a bright flash out of the corner of his eye.A small meteorite landed a few hundred feet away from him.Going over to take a closer look he see's the rock that crashed has split open and white goo is spilling out.Getting even closer,it seems that the goo is moving on its own and getting closer to him.Not being able to help himself he reaches down the hole and with the tip of his shoe he touches the goo.For an instant it's as if the goo jumps right onto his entire shoe, then it just kind of dries up and disappears totally.Not thinking any more of it he heads home for the night.
The next day passes like any other until he decides to ditch his last class, science.Science is for geeks and nerds which is not him-so outside behind the school as he is leaving he spots a strange looking spider on the wall just past where the science class lab is.Never one to pass on easy prey he quickly pulls out his switchblade."Lets see how good you can climb without any legs" he says to the spider.When the blade comes down and cuts off the parts of two legs the spider lashes out with its fangs on Parkers left hand.Instant hot pain shoots through his hand, then up his arm and works its way across his whole body.Before passing out from the pain he flicks the spider to the ground and crushes it under his foot.
"Hey Peterson are you o.k.?" "PETERSON! you o.k.?" All that Parker is aware of is that he is being lifted to his feet by somebody.Blurred vision, and not sure of what he was doing a minute ago he starts throwing punches wildly.He feels one punch connect and hears a thud! and everything is quiet.When his eyes come into focus none other than Brock Edwards is sitting stunned on the ground with a bloody lip.Again-never one to pass on easy prey,Parker takes a quick look around and see's nobody in sight and he pulls his switchblade on Brock."I've got you right where I've always wanted you golden-boy".Parker takes one step towards Brock and is frozen in disbelief at what he sees.The white goo from the night before seems to be pouring out of his skin and moving at Brock.He watches as it takes over Brock's body, and begins to climb up the school wall as if it's carrying him.As the goo and Brock make it to the roof,Parker just stands there completely stunned.Not sure of what to do next,he turns and walks away trying to get his head around what he has witnessed.
On his walk home,Peterson puts ALL the puzzle pieces together.He discovers his new spider-like powers, and mentally formulates his plan.He will be the greatest villian that Old York City has ever seen THE EVIL MAN-SPIDER! The lesson that Parker has takenfromhis experience is that....With great power comes great rewards.
