This is inspired by the holding cells in Arkham Knight. It's made as a 3 part in one. The main part is a large holding cell for such villains as Two Face and Black Mask. The second section is for thugs/henchmen. The final part is the isolation section for the most dangerous villains such as Joker and Zsasz. It's guarded by a highly trained GCPD SWAT team members. This is still a work in progress, I plan to add color and some signs to it. I just wanted to go ahead and post what I have thus far.
