This Elijah Bradley started out as a Superman/Batman series Aquaman. His armor worked perfectly for the the "Red, White, and Black" Captain. His legs, arms, and head come from the Target exclusive Captain America as does his belt. The shield was formed over that same figure's shield and the bandana comes from a Jean Grey Phoenix's sash
