I wanted to make a mix of the old and new Baxter. I started with an 80's Baxter, added the head from the new TMNT figure, as well as the left hand. I wanted him to have more of the fly look in the new series. I then repainted the entire figure, I wanted to keep him close to the same colors as the original figure.
