The loin cloth is warranted. I had fun making this. He is just a mash up of parts. When I put them all together I just thought he looked like the Rat King, so I painted him up and I had an alternate head without the hood that was awful, so it will never see the light of day. Enjoy.

Thanks. I think that the Rat King is my favorite Ninja Turtles villain. Once back in the 90's I went out of town on a vacation with my Aunt, Uncle and Cousins and whenever I came back, my Mom had picked up the original Playmates Rat King for me, and I just liked the character ever since.
