Occasionally, I can figure out a project just by looking through my wings and capes. Probably because that's where I usually get stuck. This week, I stumbled across my Archangel wings and remembered there was a period where he had them but wore something besides the purple suit. So, I did some searching, and sure enough he donned a couple of variations to his classic costume right when he came back to the X-Men. And then his feathers grew back and eventually he started feeling a little less blue.....ok, bad joke. Anyway, I opted to go with his blue costume over his red since I was a little short on time. I happened to still have an Angel torso sitting around, so that made things a little simpler. Arms were leftover from Spiderman, and legs were from Iron Fist, I think. Head itself was a cast from AngelForge. Concluded it was the closest I had on hand to how he's supposed to look. If I can find my other pair of wings, I may end up giving his red costume a go at some point, but I'm pretty happy with how this rendition looks in the end.
