Started this guy when I was in between other projects. Took a spawn action figure (Sam&twitch) and started to sand his belly down to get rid of the tie and gut only to make a huge hole in his gut. Was going to throw him away but decided to patch him up. Took some hard plastic for his cape,cut it, took a lighter to it and used drill & milliput to attach.
