For the base, I used a Marvel Universe Heroic Age Iron man. The gauntlets, armor, wings, and helmet are from a Mattel Batman line figure, labeled, "Armored Batman," if I remember correctly.

Hey man amazing custom. Do you think that you could use the iron man from the mechanical masters marvel legend two pack and if so would his body fit aroud the armored batman parts?
I think that it would work well. The only issue I can foresee is that the shoulder pads from the Iron Man figure might rub against the collar armor from the armored batman. But you could just remove the shoulder armor, if that is the case. Does that answer your question?
