Very nice!
I just did a similar repaint of this figure, also into a black suit, (different character) but I think mine came out too shiny. I used a semi-gloss black, with the thought that flat would be too flat.
What paint did you use?

Thanks for the compliment Dr Nightmare. Yeah he appeared in the 90s animated series with those puffy pants. But in the comics, I believe he appeared more often in a suit. I'm not allowed to pose links here, so sorry I can't show you pics of him in a suit. But if you search it comicvine .com you can see a few of them
