This had been a passion project of mine since forever. I wanted to make a Human Torch that was faithful to the comics and vibrant as an translucent action figure.

He is made from the 3 pack white Vision which I rubbed off all of its paint. Then I painted him with clear yellow and orange paint. His head is from ML Iceman and his flames are sculpted from hot glue. His feet are from the movie Human Torch.

Flame on!!!! This is what marvel should do every time they make Johnny storm! They should hire you to build it for them! Simply genius! Love how the color transitions from yellow to red and back. The FF symbol is clean!

Amazing! I love the color blend between red and yellow, it looks clean. Hasbro should definitely take notice if they ever make F4 figures.

What was the process for making the flames?

It was easy only because I had been using hot glue to make flames for years. First I start with a small layer of glue and keep adding more and stretching it out into different shapes while blowing on them so they can dry faster.

Thanks for sharing I had to hot glue feet onto a figure recently and noticed how flame-like the glue was if I pulled it as it cooled, what you did looks great
