I used a black elasticated leggings material. The rubbery, spandex kind. Works well for mimicking leather at this scale. It's thin and drapes very nicely.
That's right. I did also repaint the belt. For the eyes I just narrowed what was already there with a fine brush. Implying the eye makeup under the mask. I used reference to shape the eyes. In person the result is surprisingly close to how his eyes look in all the released media.
Great work! You didn't mention it, but you also clearly repainted the belt to the more accurate gold and that, IMO, is what really helps bring the whole figure up to actually looking like Batfleck. Also, can you detail exactly how you fixed the eyes? Full repaint?
