This week, I really wanted to focus on Fantastic Four characters. I had a ton planned, and was basically aiming for one full team and a few extras. Then, I ran out of white paint. I later remembered there was that red and black design the wore for a while, but that was a bit last minute. Maybe next time. However, redirecting on the Human Torch was quite simple. I've been wanting to make this design for ages, but have simply never gotten around to it. He wore this for a little while after he was brought back to life. Joined this team of prisoners in the Negative Zone known as the Light Brigade. Sculpted up the right arm, painted up a flame for him, and then debated the head a little bit. At first, I wanted to give him a flaming head, but finally settled on the look of Wonder Man. I thought it fit a bit better. Really happy with this one, but hoping to give them another go in the future with a full set.
