You've got a really good basis there, and it can easily be tweaked to make better.

I think the hair is too bright and not blonde enough. If you repaint the base colour a sandy tone, and then dry brush a pale yellow on top, it would look the business.

Have a look at other factory-made figures who have blond hair, they do the same.
