I have been working on this one for so long that I don't remember the exact recipe. I know the head is the same recipe as my v1 (a combination of the top half of ML Modern Hawkeye head and the bottom half of ML cyclops from the puck series). The body is essentially a combination of various color appropriate pieces of bucky cap style figures.
The straps are a combination of sculpt and rubber bands.
Thanks banner! There were aspects of my first one that I didn't love (size and placement of chest straps and emblem, as well as, how the hands fit into the wrists). I am very pleased with how this one turned out and do not plan on tackling cyclops again anytime soon.
