Here is my custom Arsenal to go along with my recently posted custom Red Hood. The version of Arsenal is based off his current look in the Red Hood / Arsenal comic.

This was probably my most ambitious project to date, as I attempted to combine upper and lower torsos from different figures. I wanted to give him the look of having chest armor over a bare lower torso to keep him in scale with my custom Red Hood.
