This figure was made using a Bif Bang Pow 8" Lt.Starbuck as the base figure. The original has a head and helmet that are way out of proportion with the scale of the figure. I shrunk the vinyl head using acetone and then repainted. The helmet was the hardest thing to resize, I cut down and reformed, reshaped and added some side detailing, went through several stages to finally get that right. It was then molded and cast in a plastic resin and painted. The body was changed out with a newer style band-less body and also did some slight modifications to the jacket and snaps on that. Boots were switched out with Mego "Chips" boots.
