Just gave my Mattel DC Superheroes Series 8 Batman my Arkham Origins headsculpt and a custom cape.

Cut off the original plastic cape, leaving the 'collar' section. It's always scary customizing a rare and now-expensive figure like this (I should've just bought a cheaper Legacy Modern body like I did for my last custom Hush Batman).

But I'm happy with the result! I like the figure a lot more now. Looks more modern and menacing. And he can still turn his head. I also attached a black rubber band to DC Collectibles Animated Batman grapple gun so that Batman can be displayed with it.

I think the head swap is really effective, and the cape looks dope! Btw, can you tell me where this gargoyle is from? I have been search in eBay for ages, can't find anything like this.

Many thanks. The gargoyle is from a 6 inch Sam Raimi Spider-Man movie figure. Search Superposeable Spider-Man figure or Spider-Man Gargoyle figure on eBay.

I did the same thing (minus the Arkham head) and felt the same fear about tearing up a rare figure! And it worked great.....until the arm broke at the bicep from old age
