I've always liked Aquaman, so I've definitely wanted to get to Aquamariner for ages. The amalgamation of both him and Namor. I think he's a member of the JLX, too. Can't remember immediately. I considered a more detailed scale torso, but I'm still not exceptionally great at that. So, I went with the simple approach instead. Swapped out the left hand for Grim Reaper, lower legs for Namor, and the head as well with a sculpted goatee. Axe was an old cast from HunterArtworks, shortened a little bit. Dremeled in and glued some small chain in place, then wrapped it around his waist. Sculpted up the bracers, full repaint, and done. Simple enough, and I was surprised that my first attempt sculpting a goatee came out so decently. Pretty happy with him in the end. Now, on to the next!
