I started with a cheap Bucky Cap for the base. Then I swapped out the arms with Boomerang's arms. I removed the belt and replaced it with the belt from Drax. Then I put movie Steve Rogers's head on it. I gave him a classic Cap repaint but played with the red stripes a little bit for a dose of flair.
