This is the Sunset Mermaid, a truly rare creature, she only appears to doomed surfers in the most luxuriously warm, tropical waters. She began life as a ML Psylock, and everything else on her was sculpted from Aves ApoxieSculpt. The base was made from extra putty left over from the Mermaid, as well as copper wire, hot glue, and pink construction foam.

The tail is articulated in 4 places, so she has a really wide range of movement. Gotta love magnets! Loved your submission also! @Vic, I was going for a koi kind of vibe with her. Exotic was exactly what my client requested, and he was pretty happy with the piece! I'd never seen a koi mermaid before, so tried to give him something unique and one-of-a-kind.
