British Isles, The Masters family has held the office of Duke of Burchmeir for centuries. Over those centuries,Over those centuries they have warred, with an anarchist rebel group known as the Order of the Skull. Eventually the Duke discovered the location of the Orders camp and organizes a full scale raid. The raid is a resounding success as the order is caught by surprise and mercilessly slaughtered by the Duke's knights. In an act of compassion, the youngest of the Order was spared and given to a handmaid of the castle to raise. Unbeknownst to the Duke, the handmaid is an Order sympathizer and raises the boy with the understanding of his birthright,and names him Damien.
Years later, Damien has raised a new order. In a surprise attack, the new Order of the Skulls raids the castle and kills every member of the Duke's family except for the youngest son. This spawns a blood fued which stretches to modern times. The Order , now a mafie-esque syndicate runs the underworld of New York city. Steve Masters as Penence haunts the night as a vigilante, fighting crime ans searching for the members of the Order to end the fued once and for all
