This is the Blazing Skull in his more recent costume from the Invaders series. The base figure is the movie Ghost Rider. I used Testors paints for the colors and some Das putty for the crossbones and boots. The mesh gloves and hood are a re-purposed lint trap. His batteries still work and remain changeable.
