I love creating the understated heroes of DC Comics. The Silent Knight played prominently into the Silver Age, however he lost traction by the 80's. However, just prior to the advent of the New 52 Universe, it was revealed that he was an ancestor of Jonathon Kent, the adopted father of Superman. To make the figure, I started with an Aquaman body, sculpting the lower tunic and boot cuffs. The head is a Marvel Legends Nova with wings added from a DCUC Hawk man and the helmet ribbons came from an Iron Fist head. I filled and formed the helmet using super sculpy. The cape I'd from a ML Emma Frost, and the chains for the cape came from the tunic of the DCUC Indigo Atom figure. Lastly, the sword came from a LOTR figure.
