This is a commission. The customer asked me to help repaint his bootleg movie Loki figure, so I tried to get it as close as I could to looking like the real deal. Of course, the articulation is terrible, but hopefully on just an aesthetic level, it's an improvement. All the parts that were supposed to be gold were yellow, he came without the cape and there was also the matter of the LED in his chest. While trying to remove the coat, I snapped the peg at the waist. I didn't want to lose one of the few articulation points and repairing that was more challenging than anything else, but I was able to fix it. Left him without the cape. Removed the LED, dremelled down the switch at the back of the figure and sculpted over the resulting holes. Filled in all exposed screw holes with epoxy as well. Did a detailed face repaint.
