This started out as a Cyclops Mutant X-Cycle figure and the head was from a spider-man figure somewhere in the classics line. I filed that head down and used some Das putty on the head and body for all the needed details. The paints are model masters for the blue and Testors for the Gold on the body. The Gold on the helmet was a random house paint I found and the item in his hand was some pieces I had lying around. The coat is from the exclusive Fantastic Four pack Reed Richards.
