Loch is a student who attends the Braddock Academy, under the tutelage of Captain Britain and his wife Meggan, which is located at Captain Britain's home, Braddock Manor. Loch has tough, scaly skin and arms which give him nearly unlimited strength and flexibility. Being of a aquatic nature, Loch can also swim rapidly and breathe underwater. Along with fellow student Box, he attends a meeting of which includes other schools for a Contest of Champions between the students from every Institute. However, the Contest is interrupted when Thanos forces descend upon Earth.
