Not a lot of new Star Trek new ideas but I don't believe I've seen this one done before so I thought I'd share.
Coming across the right head and just a little painting it is pretty simple.

Base Figure: Playmates Star Trek Original Series Kirk "Casual Attire"...the green wrap around unifom.
Head: "Wheeler" from Captain Planet (an amazing resemblance to actor Robert Walker Jr...no work her but painting the hair)
Arms: Lower Playmates Star Trek Original Series Chekov (although really any non-rank arms will do).

I should have gone back and repainted the undershirt to a light green. I did not use a reference pic and for some reason I thought it was purple.
