I've been on a Star Wars kick lately, I don't know....maybe something having to do with a little movie coming out next month.
In the Star Wars mood, I created this year my very own Del Moomo, inspired by Sith_Fire30's Del Moomo.
So much work went into him, as he was sculpted from head to toe.
He scales nicely next to Star Wars figures, as Ithorians are supposed to be tall. I've included an image to show how he scales.
Since I used a marvel figure base, he has all of the articulation of a marvel figure. Too bad we don't get this kind of articulation in hasbro star wars figures. He is hand painted using acrylic paints, with multiple shades of dry brushing painted on for proper weathering of cloth, leather straps, etc (hard to see in images). His shoulder pads attach via strong mini magnets, so his arm articulation is not hindered by the pads.
