Based on Raiden's appearance in MK1. The body is a single-carded Marvel Universe Magneto, with Black Bolt's head. The hat came from a Pirates of the Caribbean Tai Huang, the gi flap from a Hobbit Thorin Oakenshield, and the sash is a modified Psylocke sash.
