"Annie" here was made out of a regular episode 3 figure, with the right arm donated by his mentor Obi Wan, and cast head from the regular figure with resculpted hair, sculpted ears and flexible ponytail sculpted from scratch. A simple variant really that I have no idea why hasn't been done already. Thanks for checking!
