Hey look at me, I'm back to making customs of people's fan characters again! This happy little guy is Tornado the Vulture, made from Jet the Hawk. Mods to the body were quite light besides the repainting, most of the major changes went to the head. Only the 2 main feathers on his forehead are sculpted, the rest are made out of craft foam to reduce weight and prevent issues with snapping (try making something so thin with apoxie, I doubt it would even hold it's shape long enough to harden)
