Thus began the "Challenge of the SuperFriends" show featuring the Legion of Doom. For anyone who grewup in the 1980's or earlier there can be only one Bizarro, and he am not to be looking like this one. Silver Age/SuperFriends Bizarro will always be my favorite Bizarro. Not the blue-spandex Hulk post-Crisis Bizarro or the awful New52 version for me, no thank you, sir.

I once tried to make my own Bizarro head by sanding down the features of a Superman head, but needless to say, all I accomplished was ruining a Superman head for future generations. So I bought a cast online a member of another board made from an incredible original sculpt, I believe. So painted the head, had to reverse the 'S' and gave him a lighter blue coat because, heaven forbid any one of the dozen Supermen Mattel pushed on us at retail had a lighter blue costume like he wore for the first 50+ years of his existence. But I digress.
