My son is very excited about Marvel’s new Howling Commandos comic series and instantly wanted to add monsters to his Marvel universe collection. His first choice was Frankenstein’s monster. (You just gotta love the classics) I started off with a Marvel universe hulk body. I removed the head and added a Frankenstein monster head from a kids meal toy I had sitting around. The Hulk figure had no feet so after scrounging around my parts bin I found the bottom half to an old Andre the Giant wrestling figure. I then painted the figure dark green followed by a coat of dark grey. I painted the pants, boots, and hair flat black. For the monster’s vest I took the fur from a Masters of the Universe Grizzlor figure and did a bit of sewing. My son was very thrilled with the results. He’s already looking through my parts bin for pieces we can use for warwolf.
