Hi guys, been a few months since i posted a custom here. I've been seeing a lot of awesome stuff on here lately, and i'm trying to get on a steady pace cause i would like to contribute more than i have. With that being said here's my latest custom:

mvc hulk was made using parts from 3 different hulk figures. Smart hulk's head, war hulk upper body, and gamma punch hulk lower body. I sculpted the belt and cut/applied leather around his waist, then painted it white for his ripped shirt. As usual all comments are welcome

I love any hulk customs and have to look at all of them coming and going. I'm not a critic nor do I play one on figure realm...I guess I'm the dude that says..."I LOVE IT!" cause I love superheros and customs of them and it's hard to find a bad one in my eyes. everyone has their own unique way of doing stuff and if everybodies was the same...it wouldn't be a true "custom". why can't we all just toke a bong ("why can't we all just get along"...Rodney King)

this is clearly Z's rendition of a MvC Hulk,so he moded it to fit his specifications its still a GREAT custom,I'm sure not every custom is completely accurate. Can't we all just agree this is an awesome custom game accurate or not?

Yeah, the color is off, but not the customizing technique, see what I mean? I agree with you by the way, I just like to give the benefit of the doubt when I don't know as much as whoever made the custom. I gues I should have elaborated but aren't you guys sick of hearing me talk all the time by now?
Lol, no problems man, I still love you guys <3

Cool, but you're not helping him with customizing, in other words, not "teaching" him anything he can "learn", you're just telling him you don't like the name he gave it.
I agree that it isn't "Player One" colors, but I also assumed Z had a good reason to call it a "MvC" because there might be a color-changing option like with Street Fighter. I haven't played MvC in years, I don't remember if it has the feature, so I just gave the benefit of the doubt.
Yeah, what happened, I have to catch-up on the Showcase, you guys have been submitting a tremendous amount of customs lately, thanks! x_X
I did actually, I explained why I didn't think it was game accurate, no matter what color is, cause the dry brush was too realistic and dark for the capcom anime style IMO. If thats not related to customizing specific enough, I don't know what is... I'll just keep my opinions to myself from now on okay doc, but your the one who encourages people to no just falate people all the time

Wow, what's been going on here...lol. First I wanna thank you guys for your comments, I appreciate it ALL . But I do wanna clear up why I feel this one is MVC. I used the Player 2 Hulk (Heavy Punch) colors for him cause I wanted to make it a little different than what Jin and Kyle have done in the past. Also it is for part of my MVC collection so I wanted it to fit well with my other Marvel toy biz figs so I decided to do the dry brush on him while the SOTA figs are clean in contrast.
The biggest difference to me is that my hulk doesn't have his mouth open, in the game Hulk NEVER closes his mouth..lol. The bottom line is it's just great to get feedback from a handful of the best customizers on this site! Thanks again!
glad you didn't mind the feedback man... For the record I really like your custom. I was just dropping my 2 cents ^_^

so I'm the only that can see that its the wrong color and too realistic to be capcom's anime style? Well, if anyone cares what I think anymore, heres a pic of what colors he should be if your trying to make it look specific to the game marvel vs capcom (1 and 2)
just trying to be constuctive with my crit. its the only way someone can learn if they are willing to be open to suggestions.

I really think is a GREAT custom... but I'm not gunna feed ya BS. I don't see how it is at all MvsC Related??? The game version is more anime looking and had Burgundy pants and lighter (almost neon) green skin, and you shading is alittle too realistic (which looks really good, but not for the game feel)
I am just being honest on what I think, I love the game and make a lot of custom from it. I just think this custom would be prefect on its own with out the MvsC tag added.
Great work.

Very Very nice job Z! You got his look him looking like his pixelated self! I really like what you did with the belt and shirt section.
