We scored an extra Mr Sinister off ebay so I thought to create an evil Hercules since my sons specifically requested more villains for Christmas :P. I used a dremel to remove the diamond on the chest but you know what, didn't like the end result so I sanded it down further then applied sculpt and re-sculpted the chest muscle and separation line between the pecks etc. Smoothed it out with varying grades of sandpaper then finally painted to match. Removed squared pegged belt buckle, applied sculpt and used gloss red to repaint front and little bobble on front side of belt.

All-in-all very simple and another villain to the fray! The story? Alternate universe where Hercules killed his Father Zues then stole his powers therefor this Hercules is infamous and boast an attitude to match!
