This is a Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles figure mash-up inspired by the HBO drama Boardwalk Empire. The Richard Harrow character was the real breakout of the show for me, so this Leonardo bares his visage. Keen eyes will note that I flipped the face-mask from left to right side--I did this on purpose to keep the signature Turtle grinding teeth grimace. Donatello would have worked better for this since his grimace is on the correct side, but I didn't realize that until I was almost done. Figure was made from 1988 Leo head with the neck lengthened and a 1990 Dick Tracy Mumbles. Random neo-TMNT, Dick Tracy, and Harley Quinn weapons round him out.
