I've been looking forward to the release of NECA's Sarah Connor figure for ages and was really psyched to finally get my hands on it. This was the motivation I needed to start work on a John Connor to go along with her. Xysma Warhorse was the first on the Realm to use the very effective recipe of turning Scott Evil into John Connor. svtmountie03 also did an excellent custom of the character with the same base. For the head, I was rummaging around in my bin of heads trying to find one that fit. Settled on an unusual choice, Gina Inviere from Battlestar Galactica: Razor. Getting rid of the hair and sculpting new hair, as well as dremelling down the chin and nose, hopefully helped to improve the likeness. I dremelled down the collar, dremelled and sculpted over the knee for the torn jeans and used a printout for the Public Enemy t-shirt logo. Painted it all up, including a camo pattern for the jacket.
