This is a handmade Deadpool statuette from a bust series I created.

Its mostly made of cold porcelain (AKA Biscuit clay) on a wire structure, and painted with acrylics. The back knives were made using pvc plastic sheets, apoxie and superglue, then drilled with a dremel and screwed behind the figure.

Before the painting process, I had to connect the figure and the base, and then reinforce the bonding with apoxie glue to stay in place.

Most of the base was made with mache paper, then covered with the same clay, sculpting the details and painting to resemble the Deadpool Symbol.

Despite being simple, took a little time to sculpt and put the details, but I just loved how it turned out.
