This Original Ghost Rider - or Phantom Rider if your prefer - Started out as a DCUC Jonah Hex. I cut his bandoleers of and repurposed them as belts and made new holster for a fodder pistol that was a close match. Lots of putty on the face and head as well as over some surface details. I also used some superglue to close some battle damage on the Hex body. Otherwise I sliced off what didn't work and then used a white primer for the base coat and covered it in a flat clear coat. The cape came from a New52 Zatanna. A little fine tip marker for the eyes
