HELLO...First time poster here!! .... I have made about 10 custom figures, but this is the first custom that I have made that I feel comfortable even showing on this site!! The amount of talent here is humbling to say the least.
I am a relative beginner to customizing, and love it so far. I like to work with different materials such as Aves Apoxie Sculpt, Pro-Create, Worbla, Wonderflex and Milliput.
I am TERRIBLE at painting and that is why most of my customs look so "amateurish", but I am improving ( a LITTLE ).

I tried to base this figure on MY impression of what I thought Negan would look like if he were in a movie version of The Walking Dead.
I started out with a Marvel Legends Nick Fury figure. I removed the head & jacket, completely repainted the whole body, added a cast head I bought on eBay from 9311kevinm and painted it, then I sculpted a new leather jacket body, "Lucille" the bat ( which I wrapped in 1:18 scale barbed wire bought from Build-A-Rama ), and a Bowie knife. I used the pistol that came with the Fury figure. Some more paint and sealer and you have the finished product.
