Judgement will prevail... the Hangman is here! Since I saw the artwork for Volbeat's "The Hangman's Body count", I've been a little obsessed with the design of the Hangman. Finally, I decided to recreate him in figure form. For the body, I used a DCU The Question figure (Mattel series 11) and the hat is from a DCU Sinestro Core Scarecrow. I used some gray twine to make a small noose for him and used one of the revolvers from NECA's Lone Ranger figure.
Wasn't familiar with this guy so off to the WWW for some research. Can't say that Volbeat's music was my cup of tea, but man, did you ever nail the likeness of this guy from the album cover. This spooky dude would fit right in with the rest of the Marvel Legends with just the right backstory. Maybe he's an evil demonic enforcer of Mephisto or something.
