Fright Sprite is basically a Pixie turned Evil with a fun backstory:
"If something looks to GOOD to be true, then it probably is what comes to mind when talking about Fright Sprite. Not being content with the size and lifestyle of helpful pixie Fright Sprite (formerly Korinna Brightspark) was inspired by Skeletor and his minions after witnessing a battle between him and He-Man. Looking into dark magics Fright Sprite found a spell to would let her increase her size, unfortunately for her however the spell destroyed her wings and made her incapable of flight. Believing she had skills worthy of joining Skeletors forces she traveled to Snake Mountain where after many trials and tribulations won Skeletors favor. Adorning herself with new mechanical wings designed by Tri-Clops, and skull decorated battle armor in honor of her new master, Fright Sprite is a force to be reckoned with in the air or on land."
