I wanted to expand the DC Total Heroes universe to include a few more villains. The more they produce of this line the more I will collect. I have this Black Adam, and I have another one coming. This one came very quickly and I was able to custom him very easily.
Recipe is as follows

Head -DCTH Sinestro "shaved" his mustache off and added the widow's peak hairstyle. (my 1st option was to use the DCTH Aquaman head but Sinestro head has everything Black Adam needs, pointed ears, head shape, scowl, eyebrows etc.) Just needed the flesh tone to match his fists.
Sculpted the lightning bolt logo on the chest
Hands-DCTH Superman
Sash-DCUC Golden Pharaoh, customized to fit,
sculpted boot cuffs,
painted (sigh) yellow,
The bulkier the boot cuffs were made the more odd it looked within the DCTH line. So I kept the boot cuffs very basic and not to prominent.
