For one of the classic MK characters to my knowledge Kitana hasn't really had a lot of love in figure form. I made this a while back using a Clone Wars Ventress and repainting it. I used a DCIH Wonder Woman's hair but I don't remember which head I used. The fans are the wings from a MU Black Bolt and the skirt, mask, and headpiece are all fodder.
